Competition Terms and Conditions

The Prize (or any part of it) is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The photo session is for Immediate family only, not extended family.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, immediate family means any of the following: One family only (parents and their child/ren or step child/ren), One parent and their child/ren, maximum numbers of immediate family members (6).

​

The competition commences on the 2nd of April 2024 and ends 5pm on the 12th of April, 2024.

​

To enter the competition, entrants must fill out all questions on the form.

​

Ellie Jade Photography will not be liable if they cannot contact any entrant because of any incorrect contact details provided to it by an entrant.

Entries will be deemed accepted once the form is completed.

Maximum of one entry permitted per person. 

​

Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of the entry being completed.

​

The winner is selected by best answers.

​

The session date is to be booked within 1 week of the Winner being notified of the prize.

​

No compensation will be payable if, for any reason, the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.

​

If there is a dispute as to claiming the prize, Ellie Jade Photography reserves the right in its sole discretion, to determine the outcome of the dispute.

​

It is the responsibility of the Winner to cover the costs of any additional out-of-pocket expenses associated with redeeming the Prize over and above packaging and delivery of the prize to the winner.

Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, the Winner is responsible for all other expenses.

​

The Winner will be notified via text/ phone call on the 16th of April, 2024.

If the Winner fails to respond to Ellie Jade Photography's email or doesn't contact Ellie Jade Photography by 5pm on 18th of April 2024, Ellie Jade Photography will reserve the right to select an alternative Winner.

The voucher/winnings cannot be used in conjunction with another special offer.
